ONEGAPP Community Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the ONEGAPP Community! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a member of the ONEGAPP Community and your engagement with any business activities, programs, services, or opportunities offered through ONEGAPP.
By becoming a ONEGAPP Community Member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility
- Membership in the ONEGAPP Community is open to individuals who are:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Willing to abide by the values and principles of the ONEGAPP Community.
- Interested in engaging in personal growth, financial improvement, and collaborative business.
2. Member Responsibilities
By joining and participating in ONEGAPP, you agree to:
- Act with honesty, respect, and integrity in all dealings.
- Represent ONEGAPP positively and professionally.
- Abide by the community guidelines, business rules, and any applicable laws.
- Refrain from using the name “ONEGAPP” or any associated branding for unauthorized or personal gain.
- Promptly pay any fees or dues (if applicable) agreed upon during registration or engagement.
3. Business Engagement
- Any business opportunity or program under the ONEGAPP platform will be governed by specific guidelines, which may include contracts, commission structures, and performance expectations.
- ONEGAPP does not guarantee earnings or business success. Performance depends on each member’s effort, integrity, and consistency.
- Products or services shared within the community must meet quality and ethical standards as set by ONEGAPP leadership.
4. Refund Policy
ONEGAPP upholds transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. The following refund rules apply:
- Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
- Product/Service Refunds: Refunds for any physical products or services purchased through ONEGAPP shall be subject to evaluation and approval based on the following conditions:
- A written request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned (if applicable).
- Digital products or services already accessed or downloaded are not eligible for refund.
- All refund requests must be sent via email to admin@onegapp.com with proof of payment and clear explanation.
ONEGAPP reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these conditions or are deemed unreasonable.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must:
- Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or offensive behavior.
- Respect confidentiality and avoid sharing proprietary or sensitive information without consent.
- Avoid conflicts of interest or competing activities that may harm the community’s reputation or growth.
6. Termination of Membership
ONEGAPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s participation for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms or any business-related policies.
- Misrepresentation of the ONEGAPP brand.
- Unethical or fraudulent business practices.
- Non-compliance with community values.
Termination may be done with or without notice, depending on the nature of the violation.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and materials shared by ONEGAPP remain the property of the organization unless otherwise stated.
- Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material for personal or external use without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ONEGAPP, its leaders, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from business losses, missed opportunities, or member disagreements.
- Actions of individual members that are not officially sanctioned by ONEGAPP.
9. Amendments
ONEGAPP reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
By continuing as a ONEGAPP Community Member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
